The JCD-4G Overhead Working Truck is mainly suitable for the installation, maintenance and daily inspection and maintenance of the facilities on the overhead lines in electrified railway.

The JCD-4G Overhead Working Truck is a heavy-duty rail car developed by our company for the Israeli Red Line Tram Project with a top speed of 60km/h. It is powered by the QSL9-C325 motor produced by Shenzhen Fengfa Science&Technology Company with a rated power of 2×120W, which is electric, green and environmentally friendly. It takes the form of power-mechanical transmission, which can achieve stepless speed change. The JZ-7 brake is used in the vehicle. Standard No. 2 locomotive front couplers are equipped at both ends of the carbody. The vehicle has the advantages of reliable braking performance, light and flexible operation, convenient maintenance, long service life, stable operation and good stability.

It uses a series of new technologies, such as modular design, standardized console, standardized body shape, standardized chassis, newly developed SZ001 bogie with a minimum curve radius of 19m, and a new lithium battery drive system. There is a connecting device between the frame and the bogie, the bogie and the wheel set. When the whole vehicle is hoisted or derailed, it does not need to be bundled with a lock and can be directly lifted or re-railed. These new technologies have greatly improved the reliability and safety in the use of vehicle.

The JCD-4G Overhead Working Truck mainly consists of a carbody, a frame, a bogie, a power transmission device, a brake system, a hydraulic system, an electric system, a working platform, and a truck crane, a coupler and a buffer device. In the running gear, two two-axle bogies are equipped. The power transmission and the driving assistance system are installed outside the vehicle. And the driver's cab is installed inside.
